I entered the wrong address, what should I do?Don't worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item in full as soon as it has arrived at our premises. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
